We want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not quite right, you have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with Croatian consumer protection law.

1. Email us at contact@mindsetave.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team
3. Send the item(s) back to the return address you’ll receive via email

Return Conditions

• Be unworn and unused
• Have all original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny a refund if items show signs of wear or damage not caused in transit.

Shipping Your Return

After your return request is approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions via email.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll send you a confirmation email.

If everything is in order, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or provider, the refund may take a few business days to appear.

• We currently do not offer exchanges – if you want a different size or color, please place a new order.
• Gift cards and discounted items (if marked as final sale) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
